Hungaria Extra Dry- 8cl
Vodka- 3cl
3-4 cucumber slices
Eldberry syrup- 3 cl
Sugar syrup- 1cl
Squeezed lime or lemon juice. 2-3c
Lime should be squeezed with cucumber slices in a shaker, then add all components, except the sparkling wine, and shake it with the addition of crushed ice. Then sparkling wine should be added and stirred gently.
The drink should be served in a long-drink glass and filled to the top with sparkling wine. The cocktail should be decorated with lime slices.
