3 cl orange liqueur
2 cl home-made clove-cinnamon syrup *
1/2 cl lemon juice
Top up with Hungaria Extra Dry
* How to make a home-made clove-cinnamon syrup:
Put a pinch of ground cloves and a cinnamon stick into a pot, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 5 cl water. Let them be boiled together, and then wait until the syrup cools down. Strain it through a sieve and it is ready for use in your cocktails.
