1 dl Hungaria Extra Dry
4 cl lemon flavoured vodka
4 cl lavender syrup
2 cl fresh lime juice
Shake the ingredients together and pour it into a long drink glass full of ice. Add the sparkling wine, stir it gently and decorate it with lemon and – if possible – with some lavender seed.
