- Hungaria Extra Dry 8 cl
- Gin 3 cl
- Elderberry syrup 2-3 cl
- Two slices of fresh ginger
- Sugar syrup 1 cl
- 2-3cl of squeezed lime juice (can be substituted with lemon)
Squeeze the ginger with lime juice in a shaker, then add all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine. Shake them briefly together with crushed ice, then mix it with the sparkling wine, and stir gently. The cocktail should be funneled in a long-drink glass and topped with sparkling wine. Decorate the drink with a lime circle.
