Hungaria Extra Dry- 8 cl
Apple-flavored rum - 3 cl
Green apple puree- 3cl
Sugar syrup- 2cl
Squeezed lime or lemon juice. 2-3cl
Each component except the sparkling wine, should be shacked briefly in a shaker, with addition of crushed-ice. Then add the sparkling wine and stir gently. At the end, the drink should be served in long-drink glasses, filled to the top with sparkling wine, and decorated with a lime slice.
